Frequently Asked Questions
General Questions
What is 24 AiTeam?
A platform that gives businesses a team of AI specialists by subscription. Instead of hiring you get a team of agents for your project: it improves your website, builds new projects and handles SEO through a familiar messenger.
How is the AI team organised?
A dispatcher receives the task, clarifies details and hands it to a team of narrow specialists. Each agent does its part, and the result is checked before it reaches you.
What platforms do you work with?
WordPress, 1C-Bitrix, Joomla, PHP and static sites on hosting, projects in GitHub and GitLab, new projects on React, Angular, Python, Go, Ruby, Kotlin, PHP.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. Write your task in simple words — the AI will understand, clarify if needed, and complete it.
How do I get started?
We are in a private beta: email us about your project and we will connect it.
Subscriptions and Payments
Can I cancel the subscription?
Yes, at any time. Your current paid period continues until the end.
Can I use the subscription not every month?
Yes. Pay for a month, complete your work, then freeze the subscription. All project history is preserved.
What happens when the subscription expires?
Bot access is suspended, but all data and project history is saved. When you resume, you continue from where you left off.
Can I try it?
Yes — within the private beta. Tell us about your project and we will discuss the terms.
How do I pay?
By request for now: pick a plan in the dashboard and press «Pay» — we send payment details or an invoice for a company. The subscription starts automatically once paid; renewal is a request too, 3 days before the term ends.
Working with the AI Team
What if I don't like the result?
Just let us know in the chat — the team will fix it. The iterative approach lets you achieve the exact result you want.
Can I delegate bot access to a colleague?
Yes. Invite colleagues with a link from the dashboard: owner, manager or viewer — with access to all projects or just one. The number of managers depends on the plan.
What is the brief assistant?
An AI assistant in the dashboard that helps you phrase a task for the team. The clearer the task — the better the result.
How do I know what the team has done?
After every task you get a summary: what changed, a link to the preview or the repository changes, and a work report.
Do I need my own server?
For the live site — yes: the site and the code stay yours. Previews and the test copy run on our side within your plan. No server yet — we will suggest a regular VPS and the team will prepare it, connect the domain and https.
Can I have several sites and colleagues?
Yes. One project can hold several sites, and you invite colleagues by link with a role: owner, manager or viewer. Each member has their own branch and task history.
Technical Questions
Do I need to give server access?
For a website on hosting — SSH access. If the code is in GitHub or GitLab, a repository access key is enough: no server needed, changes go to a separate branch and to the main one after your "OK".
Can the team break my website?
Changes are first checked on a preview or a staging copy. Only changed files are released, with a backup beforehand, and rollback restores everything.
How can I contact you?
Email us or write in Telegram. We reply within a business day.
Who owns the code and access?
You do. The code lives in your GitHub or GitLab repository and the site on your server. Access details are stored encrypted on our side and used only for your tasks; you can revoke them at any time.
